This girl owes her call name to the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding". The leading lady's name in the show is "Tula". It is a great movie and I highly recommend it, especially for those of us who aren't a perfect size six!
Tula is a lovely girl with lots of spunk and attitude. She shares her mommy's love of leaping. Her favorite game to play is "keep-away" with the other dogs; she grabs a bone and runs and runs and runs...none of the dogs are able to catch her, although she occasionally slows down long enough to give the other dogs some hope!
Tula has had good success in the ring and is now sitting on the "dreaded nine points". We hope to be able to finish Tula's championship in the next year, thanks to Tula's favorite aunty, Tamara Coli.
Tula was bred to Australian Ch. Belmanta New Millennium (Storm) by artificial insemination. Storm and Tula gave us nine beautiful babies...we couldn't be happier with them. Watch for these puppies in the US and Canadian conformation rings this coming year.
Now that Tula has completed her duties in the whelping box, we will be starting obedience and agility with her - Tula is like her mom, Macey. She has a true love for "working"...hopefully we'll be able to work with her to achieve some working titles!
